Getting To The Hospital

Getting Help and Assistance

  • There is a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) at the hospital.

Getting To (MEAU Short Stay Ward)

  • Enter via the main entrance and proceed past reception. Upon reaching the waiting area bear left through the doorway into the first corridor, following signs for wards. At the end of the corridor turn left and follow the corridor to the lifts on the right hand side. Take the lift to level 1 and on exiting turn left and proceed through 2 sets of open double doors. The MEAU Short Stay Ward is located on the left hand side.
  • There is step free access, via lift, to MEAU Short Stay Ward.
  • MEAU Short Stay Ward is approximately 49m from the lift.
  • Wayfinding signage is provided.
  • Dementia friendly signage is provided.
