Guests will now have access to accessibility guides on demand as Hilton has partnered with leading disability information providers, AccessAble. Through the new partnership, guests with access requirements, will be able to read expert reviews of Hilton properties in a user-friendly format when researching a stay.
Hilton will have the largest number of reviewed sites in the UK and Ireland with 60 properties across eight brands. Extensive research was conducted in each Hotel, with reviewers looking at car parking spaces, hearing loops, bathrooms and lighting levels among other factors to determine the accessibility of each Hotel. These new guides will make it easier for guests to plan their trips with confidence, ensuring they have the best Hilton experience possible, whatever the reason for their stay.
