This can be especially true for those with access needs, who rely on the hotel’s accessibility details being available before booking. So, we’ve partnered with AccessAble and tasked them with the job of running accessibility audits at some of our most popular hotels.
This ground-breaking partnership is the first of its kind for overseas hotels and we’ll be using the info collected to create detailed access guides. That way, customers with access needs have everything they need before they book, and can feel confident when choosing their holiday.
