Access Guide
Resort Information
- The 243 room resort is located near to Evrenseki Beach in Side in the Antalya area of southern Turkey.
- The resort is accessible via level pathways, slight and steep ramps and lifts. There are 5 lifts in the resort.
- This resort has the following facilities: rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, swimming pools, a water park and restaurants.
- The resort has 243 rooms available. 4 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
- Rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, with adjoining rooms, are available.
- There are 2 restaurants.
- There are 5 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
- Toilet and changing facilities available include: toilets with some adaptations for disabled people, step-free standard toilets and standard changing rooms.
- Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found in the reception lobby on level 1, on the ground level, behind the beach bar, in the swimming pool area and next to the à la carte restaurant.
- Standard toilet facilities can be found in the reception lobby on level 1, on the ground level, behind the beach bar, in the swimming pool area, next to the à la carte restaurant, next to the shops/lobby bar on the basement level and also along the rear corridor.
- Baby change facilities can be found within the female toilets in the reception lobby and on the ground level.

- It takes approximately 5 minutes to walk to the beach via pathways through the resort, or approximately 4 minutes via a road which runs alongside the resort.

Entrance
- The entrance to the resort is located at the front of the building.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the resort.
- The ramp is steep, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with a handrail on the left going up.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which open towards you.
- The width of the door opening is 76cm.
- There is a set of automatic revolving doors
There is also a ramp to the left of the entrance doors with the handrail on the right going up.
Reception
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- The reception desk is too high for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
Getting Around the Building
- This building contains a main reception, shops, bars, restaurants, an indoor pool, a gym, indoor play areas, changing areas and sports courts.
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs, lift and ramp.
- From reception there is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets with baby changing facilities, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the lifts and the lobby bar.
There is step-free access via lift to the restaurants, the guest rooms, the pools, the gym, the spa, the bars and entertainment area. - There is step-free access via steep slopes to access the main entrance doors.
- The floors that can be accessed from the lift are 0, 1, 2 and 3.
- The lift door opening width is 92cm.
- The dimensions of the lift are 120cm x 150cm.
Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Reception Lobby - Left Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 90cm.
- The toilet door has a twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 146cm x 208cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the left of the toilet as you look at it.
- The lateral transfer space is 77cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a push button flush on the wall above the cistern.
- There is a dropdown rail on the transfer side.
- Grab rails in the toilet include: a horizontal grab rail on the non transfer side.
- Fixtures within the toilet include: a toilet roll holder, an emergency alarm, a wash basin, a soap dispenser and a towel dispenser.
- The toilet has a mirror which has been angled for ease of use.
- There is no shelf in the toilet.
- The cubicle has a pedal bin.
- There are no coat hooks.

- There is a baby change facility which is not at a recommended height (75cm).
- There is not a wash basin.
- There is a toilet in the parent and baby room.
- Waste bins include: a nappy bin and a general waste bin with lid.
