  • Shrek’s Adventure London is a walk through experience using 10 immersive sets with live actors playing well known characters from the Shrek films. The experience is child focussed and invites them to be the hero as they are given a mission to find Shrek via a journey through Far Far Away to find the green ogre before escaping back to London.

Accessibility Information

  • General Information
  • The majority of the facilities are designed to be fully accessible for disabled guests however it may not be possible for all guests to access the Magic Bus Ride.
  • It is important that wheelchair users or guests with special requirements book with the Merlin Contact Centre (0207 967 8027 Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm), or in person at the box office to ensure relevant facilities are available.
  • The phone line cannot be used to book tickets.
  • Sensory Journey
  • The attraction is an interactive experience and uses a range of effects throughout.
  • This includes loud sound effects, flashing lights, group participation and intimate sets.

  • Wheelchair users
  • It is advisable for wheelchair users to book the tour in advance.
  • There is free admittance for companions/carers.
  • Further information is available by contacting the venue.
  • Wheelchairs must not be over 68cm (27 inches) wide due to the tour involving navigating some tight angles.
  • Due to fire evacuation procedures Shrek's Adventure are only to admit one wheelchair user per hour.

  • Photosensitive Epilepsy
  • There are shows and areas of Shrek’s Adventure that contain strobe lighting which may affect those suffering from photosensitive epilepsy.
  • It is recommend speaking to a member of the team before you enter and begin your tour so a member of staff can fully brief you on locations strobe lighting is used.
  • Claustrophobia
  • The tour use lifts within our attraction to take guests from the ground to first floor.
  • This lift journey lasts approximately 10 seconds.
  • Should you wish to bypass the lift, please let a team member know when you arrive, the alternative route involves stepped access from The Queen's Walk.
  • The tour also has a mirror maze just after Game Show which some guests may find uncomfortable.
  • If this is the case, please speak to the actor and advise them that you would like to bypass the maze.
